This Privacy Policy explains how Sentivo (the "App") collects, uses, and protects information when you use it. Sentivo is a Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) management application intended for use by construction and industrial organizations. By using the App, you agree to the practices described below.

We collect only the information needed to operate the App:

• Account information: your email address and name, provided when your account is created and used to sign you in.
• Organizational information: your company identifier, assigned role (for example administrator, HSE, or contractor), and, where applicable, your subcontractor affiliation. This is used to show you the correct data for your organization.
• Safety records you create: the content you enter into the App, such as safety observations, accident reports, work permits, inspections, and corrective actions. These records may include descriptions, locations, dates, and references to personnel.
• Photos: images you choose to attach to accident reports, observations, or as corrective-action evidence.
• Diagnostic information: our service providers may collect standard technical and diagnostic data (such as app performance and crash information) to keep the App reliable.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To authenticate you and secure access to your account.
• To store, organize, and display the safety data belonging to your organization.
• To enforce role-based access, so users only see information appropriate to their role and company.
• To maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the App.

3. Service Providers

Sentivo uses Google Firebase to provide core functionality, including Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Storage, and Cloud Functions. Data you enter is stored on Google's secure infrastructure on our behalf. Google's handling of data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy and the Firebase Privacy and Security documentation.

4. How Your Information Is Shared

Your data is accessible only within your own organization, according to the role-based permissions configured for your company. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for advertising. Information may be disclosed only where required by law or to protect the rights and safety of users.

5. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide the service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at the address below; we will delete it unless we are required to retain it for legal or safety-record obligations.

6. Data Security

Data is transmitted using encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and stored using our service providers' security controls. Access is restricted through authentication and role-based rules. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Sentivo is a workplace tool and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 16.
