HSE Platform – Privacy Policy

HSE Platform (“the App”) is developed and operated by Mustafa Dil. This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, stored, and protected when using the HSE Platform mobile application.
When using the App, users may provide account-related information such as name and email address. Authentication is processed securely through Firebase Authentication and is used solely to enable secure access and account management within the platform.
The App may request access to the device’s precise GPS location. Location data is used to record the position of incident and safety reports, support work-site documentation, and retrieve real-time weather information relevant to the user’s active work location. Location access is used only while the App is active (foreground use only). The App does not perform background location tracking. Location access is optional. If disabled, certain features such as weather information may not function, but core application functionality remains available.
Users may upload photos related to incident reports, safety observations, and site documentation. Uploaded images are stored securely and used strictly for operational and documentation purposes within authorized project environments.
The App may collect limited technical information including device type, operating system version, app version, and diagnostic logs for stability and security purposes. The current version of the App does not use analytics tracking services.
Information collected through the App is used to provide secure authentication, manage HSE documentation and reporting workflows, support operational processes, retrieve contextual weather information, maintain system security, and provide user support.
HSE Platform uses Google Firebase services, including Firebase Authentication, Firebase Hosting, Firebase Firestore or Database, and Firebase Storage. Data is stored on secure Google Cloud infrastructure and protected using industry-standard encryption and security practices. Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are implemented to protect user data.
We do not sell or rent personal information. Information may be shared only with authorized project stakeholders, service providers necessary for the operation of the App (such as Google Firebase), or when required by applicable law.
Data is retained only as long as necessary for project documentation, operational continuity, and legal or contractual obligations. Users may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data at any time by contacting hello@mustafadil.com.
The App is intended for professional use and is not directed to individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
