Terms of Use Effective Date: March 2026 Welcome to NoZero. By downloading or using the NoZero mobile application (“the App”), you agree to the following Terms of Use. Use of the Application NoZero is designed as a personal productivity and life-tracking tool. The app allows users to record personal progress and view insights related to their daily activities. You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Premium Features Some features of NoZero may require a premium subscription or one-time purchase through Apple’s In-App Purchase system. All purchases are processed securely by Apple. Payment, billing, and subscription management are handled entirely through your Apple ID account. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled through your Apple account settings before the renewal date. User Data NoZero stores user data locally on the device and may synchronize it with the user’s personal iCloud account using Apple CloudKit services. The developer of NoZero does not have access to personal user data stored in iCloud. For more details on how data is handled, please refer to the Privacy Policy. Intellectual Property All content, design, and functionality of the NoZero application are the intellectual property of the developer unless otherwise stated. Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the application without permission. Limitation of Liability NoZero is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. The developer is not responsible for any damages, data loss, or interruptions resulting from the use of the application. Users are responsible for how they use the app and the decisions made based on the information provided. Changes to the Terms These Terms of Use may be updated periodically. Any changes will be published on this page. Continued use of the application after updates indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
